Following a sell-out show in November which sparked viral videos, LCV returns to Southbank Centre’s Queen Elizabeth Hall. Diverse guest collaborators include Ex:Re (Elena Tonra of Daughter), Faroese artist Eivør, composer Paul Frith and classical Indian singer Deepa Nair Rasiya. The music examines the themes of order, disorder and chaos, interpreted emotionally, politically and mathematically.

LCV Choir is regularly booked to perform at weddings, civil partnerships and marriage proposals. We have performed at wedding venues including Blenheim Palace, Queen's House and Hampton Court Palace, as well as more intimate spaces. We enjoy performing at a range of events and have worked on smaller weddings directly with private clients, as well as high-end VIP/strictly-confidential weddings and events. We are happy to perform at traditional religious weddings and non-traditional ceremonies/events.
LCV sang at a memorial event to coincide with the start of the #InfectedBloodInquiry. It was a very important day for the many families who have been affected. We felt incredibly humbled to sing at Church House in Westminster for this deeply moving event. Personal and private messages, written by those who have been affected, were brought together for a special memorial installation as a choir of 20 singers performed. Conducted by Knut Olav Rygnestad, with a beautiful solo by LCV’s Lydia Clowes.

Last festive season we had over 60 bookings and the enquiries are already rolling in for 2018! It’s our busiest time of year – you can catch us at events, stores and parties across the UK! LCV has in-house expertise to arrange for choirs, backing vocals and orchestras across a wide variety of styles. LCV musicians are involved in a number of other live entertainment acts which are available for bookings and party entertainment here. These include function bands, string quartets, a cappella groups, beatboxers, jazz duos, funk and soul bands. Weddings, parties, corporate, private and public events all catered for.
LCV is best known as a leading supplier of backing choirs and backing vocalists, having worked with over 100 artists, including 17 Grammy winners/nominees. LCV also has an extensive network of session musicians and instrumentalists, including players who can sing. We are able to fix musicians, ensembles and small orchestras for tours and one-off events. LCV is one of the UK’s leading modern choirs. We have an extensive repertoire of 300+ Christmas and non-Christmas songs across a range of styles from pop, jazz/swing, gospel, soul, indie and classical/traditional. LCV is available for private hire, bookings and festivals. We will consider any type of event in the UK and internationally and we also take bespoke requests and residencies.
Unlike many choirs our singers are all auditioned to a high standard and have trained at some of the best music colleges in the country.
Earlier this year we were excited to work with one of our favourite beatboxers, SK Shlomo, for a small feature on his next album! Shlomo needed a choir at the last minute and we were more than happy to step in!
LCV will be joined onstage by special guests including critically acclaimed Syrian Qanun player Maya Youssef, experimental folk artist Jesca Hoop, classical Indian singer Deepa Nair Rasiya (known for her work with George Harrison and Ravi Shankar) and L.A.-based composer KÁRYYN, an Armenian electronic artist who is mentored by Marina Abramović and whose work has been publicly endorsed by Björk in The Guardian.
We're over the moon to announce that we're bringing our Yes Yes Yes Party to Bestival's MAIN STAGE and BIG TOP this summer!!! Join us for outrageous choireeoke singalongs at the gorgeous Lulworth Castle site in Dorset 2nd-5th August! LCV will also be appearing with the amazing Cirque Bijou for the biggest finale Bestival has ever seen - an incredible high wire circus performance!
The choir will appear on at least two tracks on Roo’s hotly-anticipated third album "Quiet Man", coming 15th June, as well as appearing at his O2 Shepherds Bush Empire show on 21st June.
LCV have been recording with mighty rock band Deaf Havana at Urchin Studios this April for the band's next album. We first worked with the band last year for Sofar Sounds and Amnesty International's "Give A Home" festival - the biggest ever international concert series, drawing attention to the refugee crisis.

LCV featured on a live session for The Mahogany Blog with Amber Run. Now at more than 3 million views the video achieved over 20,000 hits in the first three days after posting.
Last year LCV joined pioneering South African artist Nakhane for a special recording session in Dalston, working alongside Ben Christophers (Bat For Lashes).
LCV recently performed with legend and six-time Classical Brit Award winner Andrea Bocelli – an artist who has sold over 80 million records worldwide, making him the biggest selling singer in the history of classical music!
In the past year we've performed at some incredible historic venues including Blenheim Palace, the Natural History Museum, Canterbury Cathedral and The Guildhall! We've even performed to our first ever blue whale skeleton! This February LCV was invited to perform at great little festival in Folkestone called Profound Sound. The festival celebrates improvised and electronic music, and there were performances all over the arty little town.
